Hi Friends,

Even as I launch this today ( my 80th Birthday ), I realize that there is yet so much to say and do. There is just no time to look back, no time to wonder,"Will anyone read these pages?"

RE: RESOLVING ISSUES

 Suman ,

Many thanks for your gracious gesture to support a noble cause

Your offer will go a long way to help us come up with a service to rural school children , which inculcates in them , a spirit of SELF EDUCATING

If everything goes according to plan , we plan to launch Eklavya by 15th July

I will keep you posted of the progress – and my colleagues ( Sandeep and Kishan ) will consult Alec in case they face any problems

With regards,

Hemen

PS :

I have signed the contract and arranged to make online payment

SELECTING TOP THREE CANDIDATES

 Kishan ,

Thrilled to read your following WhatsApp message :

“Additionally, I'm in discussions with a US-based startup that is developing a recruiter copilot. For this, I’ve been assigned a task to build an app that uses generative AI to

select the top three candidates from thousands of resumes and provide reasoning for the selections. “

Some 15 / 20 years ago , in 3P we had designed / developed and uploaded ( on various websites ) a tool called RESUME  RATER

It worked precisely the way your client wants , by arranging all those thousands of resumes in the DESCENDING order of the INDEX ( marks ) that the software “ assigned “ to each resume , based on :

Ø  The keywords ( Skill related ) found in each resume

Ø The “ Weightage “ assigned to each of those keywords ( weightages kept changing dynamically with arrival into the database , additional resumes )

Although RESUME RATER could be downloaded freely and installed on a desk top , it would get automatically CONNECTED with our job portal  www.IndiaRecruiter.net

I provide below a few links on this tool which might interest you

FW: FW: RESOLVING ISSUES / GENERATING QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

 Manish ,

I just saw your comments on Whatsapp

In our yesterday’s video meet with Kishan , he suggested the same what you suggest . Following email confirms that

As regards your other suggestions ( pictures  / quiz etc ) , we will take up AFTER our basic version of Eklavya gets launched  around 15 July

But even in the BASIC version , I have told Kishan to eliminate the TOPICS which pop out of my head as thought bubble

Starting with , thought bubble will straight away show one of those questions ( picked at random by Kishan’s software )

I believe this ( immediate presentation of questions – each lasting for 10 seconds , before the next pops up ), will arouse the curiosity of the visitors ( whether teachers or students ) and compel them to CLICK that question – in order to “ discover “ the answer

I am very happy that you are taking such keen interest in this project and coming up with valuable suggestions . Pl keep up and discuss your suggestions with Sandeep / Sanjivani . And of course , send to me as well

Regards,

Hemen

RE: FW: RESOLVING ISSUES / GENERATING QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

 Sandeep , Sanjivani ,

Let Sanjivani download soft copies of text books for other standards as well

As far as costing ( input + output ) is concerned , pl recheck our assumptions to ensure that we do not exceed the upper limit of Rs 25,000 , we arrived at yesterday

In the past , we had generated those questions by using the FREE version of ChatGPT . But it was a time consuming process which tied up our colleagues for many weeks

Only reason for adopting Kishan’s ( costly ) proposal of using ChatGPT 3.5 turbo , ( paid API ), is to save those man-hours . Hence the need for evaluating the alternatives in terms of costs to arrive at final decision

Suman just sent a message that he will send the contract soon

RE: TRYING TO KEEP IN TOUCH

 Rajeev ,

It felt very nice to be remembered by a colleague like you . Thanks for writing

For over 10 years now , I do not go to office but do spend 2 / 3 hours in the morning to write a blog and publish it on  www.HemenParekh.in

Last year I got Kishan Kokal  to develop / launch www.HemenParekh.ai

Next week Kishan will complete his final exam and is looking for a job ( or a WFH project ) .  I attach his resume and would appreciate if you could consider him for interview

Do keep in touch

Are you still working from Powai office ?

Nirmit lives on 16th floor of Emerald Tower # 1 – right behind Powai office

FW: For consideration

 Abhi ,

Kishan will be completing his final exams in a week and be free to take up a job immediately

He is prepared to work from home , on a project basis .

He is getting ready for me, a blogging tool – and helping me in just launched “ Project Eklavya “ for school teachers and students for SELF LEARNING by “ asking “ questions ( and getting SPOKEN answers in 26 languages )

I wonder if you could phone him ( 99205, 94378 ) and assess him

Regards,

hcp

PS :

Do look me up when you are in Mumbai next

FW: For consideration

 Amit ,

Kishan will be free from his final exams in a week and be available for any assignment ( even on a WFH project basis )

I wonder if you could talk to him ( 99205, 94378 ) and assess him

Regards,

FW: For consideration

 Kartavya ,

Kishan will complete his final year exam in a week’s time – and free to take up any assignment ( even a WFH project basis )

I wonder if you could talk to him ( 99205, 94378 ) and try him out for some outsourcing

As usual , I am busy with my blogs ( Kishan is even in the process of developing for me, a blogging tool ! )

I have just initiated new project ( Project Eklavya ) , whereby teachers and school students can visit my Virtual Avatar ( www.HemenParekh.ai ) and ask questions – and get answers ,  for any syllabus related difficulty ( 8-9-10th CBSE standard to begin with )  . Kishan is helping in this

Regards,

Kartavya  ,

Attached find resume of Kishan Kokal

If you have a suitable vacancy , I request you to call him for interview

I have known Kishan’s father for over 25 years and Kishan for past 6 months

He developed V 2.0 of my Virtual Avatar ( www.HemenParekh.ai ) , always coming up with innovative suggestions

I have found him to be very hardworking and sincere but I am not competent to say anything about his technical knowledge , which you alone can judge

If you do decide to call him for an interview , please do mention that you received his resume from me

FW: RESOLVING ISSUES / GENERATING QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

 Sandeep / Sanjivani ,

When ChatGPT / Gemini got launched 2 years ago , they were having a database of BILLIONS of subjects

For all of these subjects , visitors could ask BILLIONS of questions and get answers

But some persons realized that people did not know :

Ø  WHAT questions to ask

Ø  HOW to construct their questions which would produce the BEST answer , without having to keep MODIFYING their questions , again and again

This problem gave rise to an entire new discipline called PROMPT ENGINEERING . Hundreds of books and thousands of articles got written on this

In my Virtual Avatar , our database is TINY ( just 155,000 Memory Blocks on personal.ai server )

Even then , you / Sanjivani,  generated 51564 questions and 81339 topics and stored these on BIG ROCK server , Then made these topics pop up from my photo head in form of thought bubbles . When a visitor clicked on any “ topic “ , Kishan got the software to pop up , 5 RELATED questions

This was our PROMPT ENGINEERING  !

We could do this since our databases ( both, on personal.ai server and on Big Rock servers ) are rather SMALL . It did plant ideas into the minds of visitors – who , either were too lazy to “ construct “  their own / unique question or just did not know how to write a good question

Now we are   trying to “ morph “ my Virtual Avatar into “ Eklavya “ – which , we hope to promote among Teachers and Students

Hence , for these visitors , we need to create and offer, a NEW set of PROMPTS ( I presume, they too need these , to get started . Once they have used Eklavya’s PROMPTS for a few times . they will hopefully learn to CREATE / ASK their own questions )

They might even look up “ Recently Asked Questions “ ( could be “ asked / clicked “ by us to build up some ) and get ideas

Hence , as before , for all those TEXT BOOK pages that we plan to upload on personal.ai , we need to GENERATE , topics and questions

And , as before , we need to store these on Big Server  - and make these ( topics ) pop up from my head – and software t deliver 5 questions for clicking by visitor

If we can keep the CURRENT topics / questions together with the NEW ( text book related ) topics / questions , nothing like that

But , if that MIXTURE is going to be confusing, then we should take down the OLD ones and put up the NEW ones ( Kishan can decide )

Now , we come to the question :

“  How do we generate those NEW topics / questions – and where do we store these – and how do we display these , to the visitors ? “

From Alec’s email , it looks that we can generate these QUESTIONS on personal.ai page itself ( therefore no need to take help from ChatGPT as we did last time )

Kishan should advise if we need to “ copy / paste “ these questions in some word document for later up-loading on Big Rock server , using our Dashboard

I presume personal.ai API will NOT deliver these ( at RANDOM ) , directly onto my Virtual Avatar .

If it can ,  that could save the “ copy / paste – upload on Big Rock – Recall “  process ( Kishan to investigate and seek guidance from Alec if required )

But what about generating of  TOPICS ( popping out of my head ) ?

Obviously , we cannot get a 15 word long “ Question “ to be popping out a thought bubble

But , coming to think of it , why not ?

If anything , not only eliminating the TOPICS , bring down the “ two “ intermediate steps into “ one “ step , it will be far more UNDERSTANDABLE by teacher or student !

They will immediately IDENTIFY themselves with the Question which is popping up – because they “ anticipate “ these kinds of questions !

It will raise their CURIOSITY . What kind of answer would I get to see if I were to click on this question ?

If you need further clarifications , feel free to phone
