Dear Hemanji,

Our technical expert says, that this could be happening because more application are running together or cache memory has increased the size.

Requesting you to kindly uninstalled or clear data(Settings-> Applications -> Manage Application -> Select “Force stop” & “Clear Cache” ) and again install.

We noticed, same problem also happened for other applications like..

This morning , when I opened My Jobs widget on my smartphone and touched “ RUN “ , it gave following message :

Sorry , the application My Jobs ( process hp.com jam tasklet has stopped unexpectedly. Try again “

Last week also , I got same message a few times

Is this some problem with my phone ?
