But, if you agree with me that “ Jobs for All = Peace on Earth “, then you may want to launch following WEB 3.0 portal, which :

Ø Duplicates on millions of servers of companies around the World, MIRROR IMAGES of billions of resumes ( “ Resume Databases “  which are identical and get synchronized every morning ) – with each of those servers, DONATING and RECEIVING, resumes that each “ Participating Company “ receives through e-mails, every day .

Ø  

Ø Will obsolete the current JOB PORTALS ( each of which store millions of resumes and monetize their resume databases, through SUBSCRIPTIONS ). With my suggestion, no company need to look / search beyond its OWN SERVER to fill any kind of vacancy !
