Mitchelle ,
Suggest you request Akshay to proceed
with the development of PREDICTOR ( offline tool ) pointing out your
observation and need to avoid duplication of data entry

Sir,
Apologies for the delayed response as was away for a client
meeting and could only access this mail now.
The process flow is in order – except that in few cases certain
steps are need based and not necessarily will happen ; like for instance we may
not always have a target list of companies created. Also NDA is only applicable
in the case of confidential mandates.
Do advice.
Mitchelle

Mitchelle,
Pl reply after discussing with concerned
Most important thing is to ensure that
this tool ( shall we call it “ Predictor “ ? ) , does not require us to enter
the same data twice ( in tool as well as in FF )

Akshay,
Thanks for installing the tool on our server yesterday
and processing the data of 386 FCV + 9000 others
We , now look forward to your building the “ Prediction
Model “ based on these processed data and give it to us , by this week-end
Yesterday , we also discussed our entire process ,
step by step , along the 36 stage TIME LINE
Based on this, you will prepare a Data Capture tool ,
( which will NOT require duplicating any data entry into File Finder )
This tool, by enabling creation of a “ data base “ (
instead of plain WORD documents ) , will enable us to generate different types
of “ Analytics “ , in weeks and months to come
In the PROCESS SHEETS ( depicting interactions between
the 3 parties concerned , viz: 3p / Client / Candidate ),
The CENTRE column will be just ONE column ( instead of
the TWO , drawn in my handwritten pages ) , with the heading : “ Process Number
“ , with the process itself described in the LEFT or the RIGHT column
Obviously , there cannot be ENTRIES on both the sides
for the SAME “ process number “
These will zigzag , as shown
It would greatly help if :
·
Each process has been allotted specific “ Number of
Days “ to complete it
·
·
Tool clearly brings out the “ Time Over-run “ ( if any
) for any Process Activity ( for each mandate )
·
·
As soon as a Recruiter logs into the tool , the first
thing in the morning , she sees on the very first page , all the Mandates which
she is handling , AND , tabulation showing how far behind ( lagging ) she is on
the various activities . She is allowed to go to the next page , ONLY AFTER she
clicks on “ NOTED “
·
As far as the possible use of PERT for tracking each
mandate is concerned , you may want to look up :

If
some of the “ requirements “ ( of the proposed tool ) , mentioned by me above ,
are already available in File Finder , then pl inform Akshay to skip those .
There is no point in TWO tools giving the SAME info
