One more suggestion ,
In OES , we had following feature :
As soon as a recruiter / consultant logged into the
system for the first time in the day, the first page greeted him / her with the
following display,
“ Here are the stages/ activities, for each of
your assignment , where you are running late – and by how many days “
There will be a tabulation of stages / activities (
mandate wise )
The concerned consultant can proceed to the next page
, only AFTER he clicks , NOTED
This was like an “ automated reminder system “ which
ensured that everyone tried to catch up with the schedule
And , of course , the boss ( admin ) saw this
tabulation at any time for any consultant and could phone him or post his comment
/ suggestion

has a facility for the Interviewers to fill in an “ Online
Interview assessment “ form, which can be filled in by several interviewers
( interviewing the same candidate simultaneously , from different physical
locations )
