Prashant :
Can you make one more attempt to find
those ( function wise ) Keywords , with their weightages ?
We had used the same set in :
www.CustomizeResume.com
( still live )
and , tool, RESUME RATER
Can you ( after discussions with the
concerned ) also keep ready , a FINAL desired TEMPLATE for the Converted
Profile ( FCV ) , which can be handed over to Akshay ?

Hi Hemen,
Hope you are doing well. Was planning to visit with my team
on this Friday or next week Monday. Let me know what time suits you and your
team.
Updates -
1. Wanted to know if your team made any update on the skill
set weights data. Let me know what file format it's available in so I can get
my team to install relevant software for data extraction.
2. Our code for parsing the structured CVs is almost done,
and we should have it working with proper exception handling by
Thursday/Friday.
3. Data upload for the resumes you sent is done. We are now
in process of calculating derived metrics and creating an analytics dataset
which will feed the supervised model.
4. I discussed the data entry tool you mentioned, with
Rohit. We can build it and I will take a complete requirement download from
your team when I visit your office. The tool should allow a word like form to
input data and store the information directly to a database at your location.
It will also have an option to export the word document version of the data
which can be used in the same way current documents are being used by your
team.
Thanks,
Akshay.

Thanks for all the trouble taken
However , this is NOT the “ original “ database ( of
Function-wise Keywords with their weightages ) that creates “ Raw Score /
Percentile Score “ in IndiaRecruiter.net and in CustomizeResume.com !
What we see here is an output of an
offline tool which we had developed , and then loaded with the “ Keywords “ and
then granted “ access “ to the tool , to all of our consultants ( at that time
) and requested them to score each keyword ( on a scale of 1 to 5 ) , as to its
“ relevance “ to the given “ function “
The consultants rating , were not
provided with the “ weightages “ ( in order , not to bias them )
By a copy of this mail , I am requesting
Prashant / Sachin to make fresh effort to locate the ORIGINAL database

Hi Hemen,
Here is an excel copy of all the
data extracted from the skillset weights dataset shared by your team. We are
cleaning and making the file workable at our end and I will share that version
soon as well, but for now, this is a direct extract from the file.
Thanks,
Akshay.
