Thank you for the opportunity! We did a quick analysis of the
requirements. Since they are documented so well, it made our job easier!
Below is a summary of our understanding in the form of use
cases. We can either develop it using Microsoft .Net or SharePoint. While
SharePoint is more suitable, it require additional licenses. On the other hand,
development effort will be less. Since you might be handing over this portal to
an organization like ASSOCHAM eventually, they might find license cost
expensive.
We have the right technical resources for both the platforms and
can provide them on a time and material basis at a blended rate of INR
1,300/hr.
