Dear Sir,
I gone through all the points u mentioned and step by step we will
work on it.
I had discussion with project members regarding your today’s
meeting too.
As you mentioned we have already started working on UI of home
page of website and will finish it asap.
At same time, we are working with dummy database and connections too.
For UI, we are focusing on CustomizeResume
website as well.
Thanks and regards,

Subject: B2BmessageBlaster
Thank you for visiting my office this morning to clarify the concept behind
www.B2BmessageBlaster.com
For the sake of good order , following is the gist of our discussions :
Ø All the 3 web sites ( existing www.CustomizeResume.com as also
proposed B2B and B2C ), will use the same
databases of Companies / Employers and of Candidates / Jobseekers
Ø Wherever possible , even un-registered / casual visitors , should
be able to test / check-out various functionalities of the web site , till the
point of clicking on the buttons. The buttons
will remain “ inactive “ unless the user has logged in. If not ,
appropriate message will appear
Ø The message-blasting service will be FREE to registered Companies
Ø It would be highly desirable that PROTOTYPE / DUMMY ( but realistic
) user interfaces are developed FIRST , before coding starts.
Ø It
is obvious that , on such prototypes , links / buttons will not be clickable.
But such realistic prototypes will serve the purpose of visualizing how each U/I will appear to visitors and whether it
will make sense or not. It will also serve the purpose of ensuring that both ,
the write-up and the tabulated / framed displays below each page write-up , clearly explain to the visitor , what he is supposed
to “ do “ on each page and “ how “ he can do that
Ø “ Watch My Own Blast “ page is our
USP ( Unique Selling Proposition ). It is meant to vividly demonstrate
the concept behind the web site. It is meant to
convince the “ Potential Company “ that messages are truly getting
delivered to the intended recipients. As mentioned elsewhere , a Company must
get an email message when it’s message-delivery starts , inviting the concerned
Company Executive to visit and view the progress
Ø “ Who is Blasting ? “ page is simply the QUEUE of all the
deliveries lined up chronologically. This will tell a Company-User , place of
his marketing campaign in the Queue. As soon as the current marketing campaign
gets over , it will get deleted from this queue
Ø Your current Project Assignment will EXCLUDE the development of
the corresponding Mobile App and relevant web page
I am glad to know that you plan to complete the entire project , latest by mid-September
In that case , Shuklendu’s colleagues will be able to test the full working offline and give you “ Correction / Modification Feedback “ by Sept end .
If your team carries out such corrections by mid-Oct , we may be able to launch by end Oct
The look and feel of this web site must follow the pattern of CustomizeResume
For this reason , it would be nice if the DUMMY of the home page is prepared ASAP and shown to me / Shuklendu , before proceeding with the dummies of the remaining pages
Regards
hcp
