KEEPING EXECUTIVE DATABASE UP-TO-DATE

I believe , recently we introduced a feature ( through Easykia ? ) , granting password-protected , limited , access to our clients to access our “ Order Execution System “ , in order to “ track the progress “ of their orders on  their own , without any intervention by 3P staff

 

Such “ Self Tracking of Orders “ , has become very common during past 5 years

 

On the other hand , for 25 years , all Job Portals enabled candidates to “ Update “ their resumes  / profiles , by simple login

 

When a portal has thousands or lakhs of “ Registered Users “ , it is just NOT possible for any ( portal owner ) organization to remind their users , every 3 / 6 months  , to update their data

 

In most cases , since that ( portal ) organization is offering some VALUABLE ( and , most of the time , FREE ) SERVICE , these users keep updating their profiles , time to time , in their own self interest

 

When we were depending on  FILE FINDER , we could not grant access to our 120,000 executives to log in  and  update their profiles

 

But that constraint is no more and may be we should consider ENABLING those 1.2 L executives to login and UPDATE their profiles on their own , whenever they feel like

 

Following factors are conducive :

 

Ø  Our Executive Database is NOW free for deployment in whatever manner we wish

Ø  I believe we are in the process of UP-GRADING our 3P web site

Ø  Kishhan will soon start on next INTERVIEW BOT module ( which – if desired – could just clone the voice of , any consultant – and be AUTONOMOUS )
