 Got it. Personal AI is a SLM , which can query only the resumes uploaded on it. It cannot search and access any external database 

Suggest pursue other options aggressively 

It would help to write down clearly,  what you want automated ,where our consultant and researchers are spending a lot of time

A very elaborate Process Flow Diagram,  showing clearly, who does what. When, how and why and forwards to others, what input data for their decision making. Would be the starting point for a meaningful discussion with software vendors

Good Afternoon.

 

Today, we conducted a trial run of the Hemen Personal AI platform with the objective of assessing its ability to streamline our recruitment and information search processes.

Unfortunately, the trial did not meet our expectations or align with the intended outcomes.

 

Below are our observations:

1. Queries Tested:
• "Show me the top 10 resumes of candidates for the VP Operations position."
• "Show me resumes ranked by suitability for a DGM Finance position."
• We also uploaded a JD for the MD Americhem position and queried for resumes matching the JD to be sent to us.

 

2. Results and Issues Observed:
• The search function was not restricted to the 150 resumes we had uploaded but extended to a vast database of 5 million resumes from the public domain.
• Despite entering our email ID to receive resumes, no resumes were delivered.
• The results for the above queries did not align with our expectations, providing neither relevant profiles nor targeted resumes.
• One query directed us to job listing portals such as Naukri and Times Jobs, which was not the intended outcome.

 

3. Comparison to ChatGPT:
• We tested a query related to Paradeep Phosphates. While it provided some information, running the same query independently on ChatGPT yielded more accurate and comprehensive results.
• Likewise we asked for list of food processing companies – it gave us a list but not comprehensive like Chat GPT

 

Given these issues, the current functionality does not appear to serve the objectives we had envisioned for this tool. We recommend reviewing the search string and the results generated on your platform for further insights.

 

Please let us know if there are any steps, we might have missed to achieve the desired outcomes. We are open to discussing possible solutions or enhancements.
