My request to you :

 

Please start a SURVEY among all stakeholders re :implementation of  my suggestions and then forward the findings to the 3 person “ High Level “ committee appointed by UP government

 

I may not be around for 2030 Kumbh ( being 91 years ) , but I would feel happy if you start this process
