Thanks for listing “ Corporate Culture Keywords “ and DEFINITIONS for each parameter

I continue to believe ( strongly ) that the definitions that you just sent , should we re-written in the manner that Mangala had done earlier ( where , the words used are “ I / We / Our / Us “ etc , which make it easy for Client HR manager , to identify with the definition , while filling in the form )

As far as the Rating Scale is concerned , pl use the following :

Score of 1 :
We are nowhere here !

Score of 2 :
Some of us practice this some time

Score of 3 :
Our top management takes pains to send this message to entire organization through setting personal examples

Score of 4 :
We use this as a benchmark for everything we say and do

Score of 5 :
This is our SECOND NATURE
