Have noted the same.
Also I did seek Nirmit’s advice this morning on the way we
should approach this.
Nirmit felt that we should ideally have this exercise done
in house and not involve the client Managers.
I have requested Nirmit Sir to define the 20 Key words as
you suggested he would like to freeze on to define the Corporate Culture. I
will thus have the consolidated list shared with Nirmit today EOD as a
next step.
We could then have the final version shared with you for
your comments prior to sharing with Akshay tomorrow.

felt that , without an agreed-upon definition , a keyword runs the risk of
being “ interpreted “ differently by different persons ( - even differently by
