But , I think , once Nirmit picks those 20 words , then the related “ definitions “ ( as contributed by our colleagues ) , must be re-phrased as done by Mangala

Have noted the same.

Also I did seek Nirmit’s advice this morning on the way we should approach this.

Nirmit felt that we should ideally have this exercise done in house and not involve the client Managers.

I have requested Nirmit Sir to define the 20 Key words as you suggested he would like to freeze on to define the Corporate Culture. I will thus have the  consolidated list shared with Nirmit today EOD as a next step.

We could then have the final version shared with you for your comments prior to sharing with Akshay tomorrow.

I have tried to define ( elaborate ) a few “ Culture Denoting Keywords “ , listed by Mitchelle
I felt that , without an agreed-upon definition , a keyword runs the risk of being “ interpreted “ differently by different persons ( - even differently by SAME person , on different occasions ! )


[ Of course , despite being sharply worded , LAWS continue to be interpreted differently by lawyers and even Supreme Court Judges constituting same BENCH ! ]


If each one of you take time out and write down definitions of just 3 / 4 keywords , Mitchelle can have FULL HOUSE , by tomorrow evening !
