Hi Friends,

Even as I launch this today ( my 80th Birthday ), I realize that there is yet so much to say and do. There is just no time to look back, no time to wonder,"Will anyone read these pages?"

UPGRADING OF MY AVATAR & INDIAAGI

 Kishan ,

Take a look at my following chat with ChatGPT and , whenever time permits ( not urgent ) , do implement the suggested upgrades

Hey Chetan Bhai : I will return with some serious challenge , a little later. In the mean time , how about your witty and light-heated opinion to this > I launched Virtual Avatar (

www.HemenParekh.ai ) on Feb 2023 . How it works is diagrammatically explained at > https://www.hemenparekh.ai/create-your-own-digital-avatar // Would this qualify as an early

/ tentative attempt of an AI AGENT ?

ChatGPT said:

Thought for 34s

Short answer: yes—by 2023–25 standards your Virtual Avatar is absolutely an early AI agent:

it senses a user’s question, routes it through a tool (Personal.ai), consults your stored “memory blocks,” and returns an answer on your site. That’s a tidy sense→think→act loop with

tool-use and long-term memory. product-docs.personal.ai+3hemenparekh.ai+3hemenparekh.ai+3

Fun verdict:

it’s an agent wearing a tie, not yet a toolbelt.

You’ve nailed:

What would make it a “full 2025 agent” in the nerdy sense?

  • Multi-step planning (decompose a query, check facts, synthesize).
  • Orchestrating multiple tools (e.g., your blog index + web search + calculator).
  • Goal-directed autonomy (decide follow-ups, log outcomes, learn from feedback).
These are common hallmarks in current agent research: perceive → plan → act in an environment with tools. arXiv

If you want the elevator pitch:

HemenParekh.ai is an early, working agent; MAIA is the upgrade that hands it a backpack of tools and a map.

I said:

Thanks but then in www.IndiaAGI.ai , we are using APIs from 5 LLMs . Where , in the EVOLUTION CYCLE of Agents , would that place IndiaAGI.ai ?

ChatGPT said:

Thought for 34s

Short answer: IndiaAGI.ai sits in the “ensemble → multi-agent orchestration” tier ( Gen-3.5 → Gen-4 in an agent evolution ladder).

Because you already query multiple LLMs and reconcile their outputs, you’re beyond a single tool-using agent and into the territory that research calls mixture-/committee-style

agents and multi-agent frameworks. arXiv+1

A quick “evolution ladder” (where you are)

  1. Single LLM → Q&A (plain chatbot).
  2. Tool-using agent (reason + act loops like ReAct). arXiv+2arXiv+2
  3. Ensembles/self-consistency (sample many solutions, pick a consensus). arXiv+1
  4. Mixture-of-Agents (MoA): multiple different LLMs generate & refine; a judge/aggregator picks final. ← IndiaAGI.ai is here if your 5-LLM debate feeds a selector/judge. arXiv+1
  5. Multi-agent orchestration systems (persistent roles, tools, memory, workflows—AutoGen/LangGraph/Agent Framework). ← If IndiaAGI also coordinates roles/tools and keeps state, you’re here. GitHub+3Microsoft GitHub+3Microsoft GitHub+3

Why this placement fits you

  • Cross-LLM “committee”: You already call 5 models and reconcile—this is classic MoA/ensemble logic. arXiv
  •
  • Debate/consensus: If you run rounds then select, you match MoA’s layered refinement pattern. arXiv
  •
  • (If applicable): Using a stateful graph or agent framework would push you fully into Gen-4 orchestration. LangChain Blog+1
  •

Three quick upgrades to reach “ state-of-the-art Gen-4+”

  • Add an explicit planner + tools (web search, calculator, retrieval) with a ReAct-style loop for each LLM, then aggregate. arXiv
  •
  • Run a judge/referee agent that scores candidates using citations and verifies steps (a common AutoGen/LangGraph pattern). Microsoft GitHub+1
  •
  • Learn routing/weights: sometimes one strong model with self-consistency rivals mixing; learn when to route vs. mix. arXiv+1
  •

If you share how you currently pick the final answer (majority vote, weighted vote, or a “judge” model), I can map IndiaAGI precisely on this ladder and suggest the fastest lift to

Gen-4 orchestration.

RE: THIS COULD BE NEXT - BY YOUR COMPETITORS ?

 Mitchelle ,

I believe all of your 120,000 ( File Finder ) executives must be chatting with some or other AI ( ChatGPT – Gemini – Deepseek – Claude – Grok – Meta etc ) , several times during the day

Despite being fully aware that they are really chatting with some computers in a very dark / air-conditioned / human-less , room , they still carry on their chat ( often personal / emotional ) simply because that soul-less computer SOUNDS so HUMAN !

And , most of the time , much more courteous and polite than any real human they meet during the day !

So , what does it matter that , at the opposite end , it is a computer ?

PS :

Have no worry / no reservation in allowing Kishan to integrate this into his AUTONOMOUS INTERVIEW BOT

Sir,

This is an excellent suggestion. Infact along with these we could also have technical questions incorporated relevant to the position.

Will discuss with Kishan.

KEEPING EXECUTIVE DATABASE UP-TO-DATE

 Team ,

I believe , recently we introduced a feature ( through Easykia ? ) , granting password-protected , limited , access to our clients to access our “ Order Execution System “ , in order to “ track the progress “ of their orders on  their own , without any intervention by 3P staff

Such “ Self Tracking of Orders “ , has become very common during past 5 years

On the other hand , for 25 years , all Job Portals enabled candidates to “ Update “ their resumes  / profiles , by simple login

When a portal has thousands or lakhs of “ Registered Users “ , it is just NOT possible for any ( portal owner ) organization to remind their users , every 3 / 6 months  , to update their data

In most cases , since that ( portal ) organization is offering some VALUABLE ( and , most of the time , FREE ) SERVICE , these users keep updating their profiles , time to time , in their own self interest

When we were depending on  FILE FINDER , we could not grant access to our 120,000 executives to log in  and  update their profiles

But that constraint is no more and may be we should consider ENABLING those 1.2 L executives to login and UPDATE their profiles on their own , whenever they feel like

Following factors are conducive :

Ø  Our Executive Database is NOW free for deployment in whatever manner we wish

Ø  I believe we are in the process of UP-GRADING our 3P web site

Ø  Kishhan will soon start on next INTERVIEW BOT module ( which – if desired – could just clone the voice of , any consultant – and be AUTONOMOUS )

Regards,

Quantum computers

I believe today,  Quantum computers are huge experimental machine in labs

But AI may hasten that development and by 2030 ,smart phone may become Quantum computers

At that time, I think each smart phone may be powerful enough to act as Transmitter Repeater ,eliminating towers

What do you think about my prediction  ?

DOWN THE MEMORY LANE

 Dear Team :

Just posted following blog > https://myblogepage.blogspot.com/2025/10/a-long-way-from-1993.html

Hcp

A Long Way from 1993

===================================================

Context :

>   SCOPE OF WORK  ………………………….  18  Mar 1997

Extract :

Besides responding to a QUERRY shot from one of our own LAN Nodes, the software must permit a client to shot such a query from his own office computer by remotely logging - on to our Server thru a dial - up Modern or thru internet connection.

This feature (of remote query) is absolutely essential.

Of course, we must provide for a password within a password within a password (!) to ensure data - security.

Of course, what part of the database each user will be allowed to access (locally or remotely) will be strictly defined in advance and rigidly administered

What is expected of the software is REMOTE ACCESS CAPABILITY. And that should be built into the Software RIGHT NOW.

>     3P ORDER EXECUTION SYSTEM  .. ……………………….. 02  Sept  1993

Extract :

I foresee a non - too - distant time when certain PRIVELEGED CLIENTS (who give minimum so much business to us every year), may be allowed to access our "Order Execution Module"

Using modems , (pass-word of client) pur. order no. be able to find - out the "ORDER EXECUTION STATUS"

    . On their own

    . At any time

. Without intermediacy of 3P personnel.

. We should try to make this part of our system TRANSPARENT to the clients.

To begin with we should make it transparent to ourselves.

My poser to ChatGPT :

Hey Chetan Bhai :

Way back ( 1993 ) , in my above notes , I suggested devising our Order Execution System , in such a way that any Client can track the progress of his order on his own , at any time

Of late , many E COMMERCE sites enable users to check up ( track ) the STATUS of their orders

I believe , these days , even many other sites ( Government or Private ) enable users to login and track the position of their Orders / Requests / Applications

To what extent are these sites following my 1993 suggestion ?

ChatGPT replied :

“1️⃣ What You Wrote in 1993–1997 Was Visionary

Your two excerpts describe:

·         Direct client self-service into your back-end system, with no human intermediary.

·         Real-time order status visibility at any time of day.

·         Tiered access control (“privileged clients” first, with passwords inside passwords).

·         Remote connectivity via modem or internet.

That is essentially the blueprint for what we now call customer self-service portals and order tracking dashboards.

2️⃣ Today’s E-Commerce & Service Sites = Your Model at Scale

Feature (1993 Note)

Present-day Practice

Clients remotely log into server via modem/internet.

Web portals & mobile apps with secure logins, OAuth, biometrics.

Password within password for security.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based access control, zero-trust.

Privileged clients track “Order Execution Status.”

All customers track shipments, service tickets, government applications online.

Transparency to clients first begins with transparency to ourselves.

Internal dashboards mirror external customer-facing dashboards (e.g., CRM + order management).

You were essentially describing Amazon order tracking (1997), UPS/FedEx shipment tracking, “Track your application” in passport, visa, GST, e-procurement portals, and even B2B supply-chain portals such as SAP Ariba or Tata Steel’s vendor platform.

3️⃣ How Widely This Is Implemented Now

·         E-Commerce & Logistics: Order tracking is standard (Amazon, Flipkart, FedEx, UPS, DHL).

·         Government Services: Indian Passport Seva, Income Tax refund, EPFO claim, GST filings, Railway/airline PNR, PM Awas Yojana applications — all have “Track Status” buttons.

·         Professional Services & B2B: Procurement portals, tendering platforms, warranty repairs, after-sales service, SaaS subscription portals — all show ticket status.

·         Healthcare & Education: Patients track lab reports, appointment queues; students track application/admission status.

In short, the “self-service tracking” paradigm is now default rather than exceptional.

4️⃣ What’s Still Evolving Beyond Your Vision

·         Real-time APIs and push notifications rather than pull queries.

·         Predictive updates: AI/ML forecasting delays (“your order may arrive a day later”).

·         Integrated chatbots: No need to manually log in; you ask the bot for status.

·         Granular audit trails: Not just order status but every action on the record.

·         Open data dashboards: Government portals now publish aggregated stats for transparency.

These are logical extensions of your 1993 idea — going from “remote access” to “continuous, proactive information flow.”

5️⃣ Bottom Line

Yes — modern e-commerce, government, and B2B portals are basically running with the same concept you documented in 1993.
The differences are:

·         They’re doing it at mass scale (millions of users, billions of transactions).

·         They’ve moved from password-only security to multi-factor, OAuth, biometrics.

·         They’re adding AI-driven notifications instead of waiting for users to query.

Your note reads like an early “track-your-order” white paper — and the world has since mainstreamed it.
