Hi Friends,

Even as I launch this today ( my 80th Birthday ), I realize that there is yet so much to say and do. There is just no time to look back, no time to wonder,"Will anyone read these pages?"

This is OK

As far as Executive Search Platform is concerned,  it is your project and you decide it's features and target. Of course,  I am available anytime, should you need my help

Subject: Summary of Our Discussion on Saturday, 15th March 2025

Iam-Immortal (Blog Genie v2.0)

We outlined a three-step process for automating blog creation:

  1. Topic Identification – Extract topics from Google Trends and previously written blogs, identify similarities, and allow selection from 15 suggested topics.
  2. Content Generation – Once a topic is selected, relevant web articles will be sourced, and a blog will be generated based on the gathered context.
  3. Publishing & Storage – The generated blog will be posted on Blogger and stored in Personal AI as a memory block.

We aim to complete this project in 6-7 weeks.

Multi-Agent Debate System

We plan to build a prototype where three foundational AI models (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Claude) debate and iteratively refine answers to a given question. The goal is to develop a robust problem-solving approach.

Timeline: 2 weeks (prioritized over Iam-Immortal).

Executive Search Platform (SaaS app)

By the end of this month, we aim to develop a basic conversational search system, where an LLM will:

  • Collect job requirements interactively in natural language.
  • Search for candidates online, eliminating reliance on traditional resume databases (Monster, etc.) and manual filtering.

    And gradually we plan to:
  • Incorporate LLM-based screening and add a CRM for automated candidate outreach.
  • Introduce an AI-powered interview assistant that takes notes, collects feedback (maintains everything on the ATS).

Our ultimate goal is to develop a comprehensive solution that integrates a candidate database, AI-powered researcher, ATS, and CRM—a unique offering that doesn't currently exist in the market. During our discussion, we noted that executive search firms collectively spend ₹1,143 crores per year on these processes, highlighting a massive market opportunity that remains untapped.
