Kishan ,
On this I had a long chat with Vishesh and as a result, we have concluded as follows :
Ø We will ( at least for the time being ) stick to our USP , ie: No registration / login / payments for this new feature ( Students > Acquire Job Skills )
Ø It follows that there will be no capturing and maintain of any record for any user, such as > what skills tried > attempted > completed etc . No history
Ø Of course , no issue of any certificate either
Ø We just enable a user to select any SKILL ( two separate droplists , one for Std 9and 10 ( 22 skills ) / another for Std 11 and 12 ( 43 Skills )
Ø We provide these on our MOCK TEST page
Ø Once a given SKILL is selected , there will be a list of its CHAPTERS , where she can select one or more or ALL chapters
Ø This will display ( just like in MOCK TESTS ) , 10 MCQ to be attempted , with 4 options for each
Now , comes the ( possible ) DIFFERENCE
Ø Apart from declaring if the choice was RIGHT or WRONG , the relevant CHAPTER ( of the syllabus ) gets displayed . Of course , this is possible if user has selected ONLY ONE CHAPTER for generating the MOCK TEST . What can be done if she has chosen SEVERAL CHAPTERS or ALL chapters ? In this case, what text can we display which is relevant ?
The entire idea is to QUICKLY implement SKILL feature by using our existing code . Just uploading and connecting new databases !
We will discuss this further during your visit to my home next week
