Heartiest congrats on your suggestions being accepted
for implementation by the BEST service which was a role model for city
transport systems of other places of India. With the growing competitive threat
from the Ola-Uber taxi and Metro rail services, it was high time for the BEST
to modernize its services to stay relevant in the techno-savvy age.
BEST should be happy that this turning point in its
operation is ignited by one of it's own past passengers and citizen of Mumbai.
May you continue to be resourceful and persuasive in
bringing about a quiet revolution of sorts in different areas of India's
