Comments while Approving / Rejecting Messages

There are occasions when I type some comments while " approving " or " rejecting " , a subscriber's Marketing Message

These should become visible when he checks up the status at " View Composed Messages " - so that he knows the reasons

This is NOT happening

Pl correct this
