Hi Friends,

Even as I launch this today ( my 80th Birthday ), I realize that there is yet so much to say and do. There is just no time to look back, no time to wonder,"Will anyone read these pages?"

Subject: SSC Communication series - Submission of your Medical Claims under PRMB for FY 2025-26

Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings

Hope this mail finds you and your family in good health and high spirits.

This communication is being sent in view of fast approaching closing of financial year 2025-26. We would like to remind you about an important exercise of lodging your pending PRMB claims relating to the treatments taken between 1st April 2025 and 31st December 2025.

This is to ensure that there is no bunching of claims at FY closing which results in a surge in claim volumes at our end & in turn results in a delay in processing of your claims. We request you to please co-operate and submit all your pending medical claims on or before 31st January 2026.

By adhering to the above timeline, we can significantly reduce the stress on the PRMB portal and, more importantly, ensure that there is no delay in processing your claims.

In case if you face any issues in logging into PRMB Portal or while creating/submitting claims, request you to please write to SSC-PRMB Team (ssc-prmb@larsentoubro.com / Vaibhavi.Sawant@larsentoubro.com) along with error message / screenshot of error message.

If you do not have resources for online submission of claim in PRMB portal, we have attached manual claim forms which can be filled in & sent to SSC address mentioned below along with original claim documents. Kindly note that these manual claim forms can also be downloaded from PRMB Portal.

Please send all supporting documents like original invoice/cash memos/receipts, prescription along with diagnosis, investigation reports, etc. along with claim top-sheet to SSC Mumbai. Please note that Doctor’s latest prescription with diagnosis is mandatory for all medicine purchases.

We have attached FAQs for your ready reference which provides clarity regarding payable and non-payable treatments/medicines/document requirements.

This is further to our earlier communication dated 3rd November 2025 in view of our ongoing compliance and communication enhancement initiatives, we request you to kindly verify and update your details on the PRMB Portal. This step is essential to ensure seamless communication and adherence to KYC norms.

✅ Please note: You will be able to create claims on the portal only after completing this verification process. For non-created claims will be processed only after getting the confirmation of KYC (Pan card, email id and mobile no).

Request your cooperation to serve you better.

Warm regards,
SSC – PRMB Team
