From this page, I copy / pasted , those 3 pages of my handwritten notes into ChatGPT and asked it to convert these into WORD document

 

At the bottom of this page, see the beautiful job done by ChatGPT ( I had to make 3 / 4 spelling corrections by referring to that handwritten page )
