After receiving this , I had a long telecon with Jijo

It seems we have reached a dead-end , as far as reviving IndiaRecruiter is concerned

But then , as Nirmit pointed out , it may be best not waste any more time in " reviving " a web site which was launched , some 8 years ago

During these 8 years , IT has undergone huge changes . Surely what IndiaRecruiter used , must be obsolete

On the other hand , its " Concepts and logic " is still valid even today !


What may be best is to use these Concepts / Logic and build ,-  one or more - altogether brand NEW sites ,

( likely " more " , than " one " ! )

Or ,

incorporate these Concepts / Logic into TMI's existing site ( JobsDialog ? )


I leave it to you to decide how you want to go about

With reference to my below mail on 7 Feb 2015.

I have tried to recollect the briefing done by you during our meeting, and aligning with the features described referring to the static pages of “Indiarecruiter” website in web Archive and tried to map the features available in TMI in house built applications. The conclusion that I have arrived at a comparison report enclosed to this mail.

The area of concern is that we need to have the website running for experiencing it practically to analyse all its functionality and to see where there is any requirement of modifications if necessary.

Good Morning.

I am still on the job.  I will have the conclusion drawn by  23 Feb 2015. The reason behind of time taking is because of other internal priorities for the three group companies I have.
Currently, I am able to refer to your contents on the site in which you have described about the features.  Practically we have to go through each functionality to understand how is it aligned with the described features.
I understood that we could not get the missing files which are required by Naveen to make the site function able.
