Hi Friends,

Even as I launch this today ( my 80th Birthday ), I realize that there is yet so much to say and do. There is just no time to look back, no time to wonder,"Will anyone read these pages?"

With regards,

Source Codes

Kailas

Over the past 15 years , we have developed various web sites and s/w tools / applications

In second week of October , Sreedhar and his team of 2 engineers ( TMI / Hyderabad ) will visit us and spend a couple of days

Focus of the discussions will be :

>  How can our own past development ( whether portals or tools ) be leveraged for commercial exploitation , either jointly or independently by TMI ?

This means , we must find source-codes / passwords for all of these sites / tools and make these available to TMI team for their examination

Following come to my mind ( though not a complete list ) :

WEB  SITES :

We must also ensure that we have the complete source-codes for :

*    www.hemenparekh.in ( there may be none since this draws from Blogger )

When TMI team is here , I would like to revive with their help , those 4 web sites which we have de-hosted

We will do this ( re-hosting ) on our local network first , so that TMI team is able to study their features for better understanding

At some later date , we may decide to upload some of these on WWW , with some changes

TOOLS  :

In the past , our s/w team had developed many tools

Some of these were possibly for a ONE-TIME use , for creation of some database for some of the above-mentioned sites

Then there could be some , which were meant for repeat use

It is difficult to remember all of these but you will find a partial list in our " Induction Manual "

Following are some which I remember :

*  My Jobs ( available on Play Google but removed from CustomizeResume web site )

*  Resume Blaster ( on Play Google + CustomizeResume )

*  Resume Rater  ( 15,000 + copies downloaded from Softpedia / Cnet / Download.com etc , by now )

*  GuruMine / GuruSearch ( as explained to you over phone )

*  GuruGem ( Its first version was called , " Harvester " )

*  GuruGrab ( May be called, " Resume Downloader " - developed by Rajiv Nair , after he left us )

*  Verifier

*  Designation Splitter

*  Myriad ( A purchased tool - similar to Resume Downloader )

*  InBox Reader

*  Resume Sorter

*  Keyword Separator

*  Ad Composer

Some of these are listed in my handwritten notes , in a flat file ( ask Sanjivani ) titled , " Tools / Spiders "

APPLICATION :
*  Order Execution System ( OES )

Over the next few days , whenever time permits , pl focus on this task to bring order

All of these , are our Intellectual Property and must be carefully preserved
