Sorry for the delay in the reply.
The plan seems good. However, ensure that all the software licenses (as I know there are spam filters etc. on our firewall for which there are yearly licenses) are updated.
Also, test the DMZ well before putting the internal and external networks in place.
List down all the firewall policies and get it verified from Nirmit.
Going forward put a mechanism in place so that alteration in firewall policy is approved by some senior. Also, I would strongly suggest to define password policies too. E.g. L1 password for all 'Administrator' users should be known only to Nirmit and HCP. For sys admins you can create the user 'SysAdmin', assign the administrator rights. This way your passwords will be secure and no one can play around with it.

we are planning to merge 3P & RG Servers in to a single higher
configuration Server.
