That should include implementation of suggestions / comments / changes asked by Shuklendu during our last meeting , 3 weeks back

After that last meeting , over the phone , I had discussed with Shuklendu , the  “ Message / Mailing List “ pairing methodology , slightly different from my handwritten U/I

During that conversation , he came up with some very simple – and clever – suggestion , which I liked and requested him to convey the same to the team members , thru Shivanand

I presume this has been implemented

As you are aware ,

Ø Employer ( Subscriber ) Registration Form has already been designed and installed on www.CustomizeResume.com , by Nitin / Rahul of Shuklendu’s team. You will simply COPY this in B2B and B2C

Ø Jobseeker ( Consumers ) Database – 10,000 records – have already been emailed to Shivanand , about 10 days back , for testing algorithms for creation of “ Mailing Lists “ in B2C. Creation of Mailing Lists in B2B , is a fairly straight forward process

Ø Creation of Mailing Lists for B2B , requires connecting-up with the 2.25 lakh Company Database , available on CustomizeResume at “ Resume Blast “ page. I am sure , you have by now , established connectivity with the same

As I have repeatedly stressed in the past 3 months since you all started on this project , graphical animation of the “ Filtering “ of 47 lakh Consumer Database , is critical to the success of B2C. I have already suggested some approaches ( Eg; Progressively shrinking concentric circles or circle-sectors )

I expect to see a working DEMO of this when we meet on Friday

All in all , by far , I expect that you will put in the time / efforts needed to make these 2 web sites , shining examples of the technological prowess of , not only the Faculty Guides but also of all of you.

It must appear – and robustly function – just as well as any web site developed by L&T Infotech !

There are many features / pages remaining to be developed – hence do not hesitate to put in late hours – as you would be routinely required to do , once you take up a job in a company,

This project is designed to prepare you for such a transition from an academic environment to an Industrial set up

I do not understand what is meant by “ Demand “ !

I presume , this has nothing to do with the “ Market Demand “ – as for a product or a service

If , what is meant is , what is the “ Object “ or “ Purpose “ of this project , then , that has been amply explained in my 4/5 earlier emails ( with copies to you ) sent to Rohini

Very briefly stated , the purpose is for the software to be able to “ Predict “ , WHO ( which Company or which Industry ) will advertise for WHAT ( Vacancy / Position / Designation ) and WHEN ( specific time in future )

The software will accomplish this by examining / analyzing millions of Job Advts thru PARSING / INDEXING its contents and graphically plotting Trends / Patterns , along a “ Specified Time Axis “

The Contents are :

·        Every field of a Advt

·        Millions of Sentences / Phrases / Keywords , contained in those advts and computing their Frequencies of Occurrences

This is NOT an Enterprise based TOOL

It can be demonstrated directly from the web site only
