Dear  Mr  Singh

I write to request you to consider sending out attached message to 8000 + International Chambers of Commerce

Hopefully , they will forward it to their  8,000,000  Member Firms

You can send this message , from BLAST MESSAGE - CHAMBERS page of our portal www.B2BmessageBlaster.com

Of course , this would entail providing a link ( " Search Indian Companies " ? or whatever you may consider appropriate ), on the right side of " CONTACT US " on MakeInIndia web site , linking to our web site, before blasting

If there are any questions , do phone me ( 0-98,67,55,08,08 )

Dear Mr Singh,

It was nice talking to you over phone yesterday

I write to thank you for your positive response and await your decision re exchange of our URL links on our web sites

In the meantime , I have taken the liberty to upload ( on every single page of my web site...www.B2BmessageBlaster.com ) , link

I hope , many foreign visitors to my site , will now find it easy to reach-out to MakeInIndia and get motivated to come and invest in India

Now , I plan to promote MakeInIndia , vigorously among Foreign Companies and 8,000 + International Chambers of Commerce , which are listed on my web site

Of course , it would carry far more weight , if such a message ( to these Chambers ) , was to go out under your auspices , using B2B services

It is quite likely that , on an average , each of these Chambers have ( say ) , 1,000 Member Firms

For 8,000 Chambers , that would mean 8,000,000 Member Firms  !

B2B enables you to ,

>    Register and Compose your Message

>    Blast it to these Chambers ( in a matter of minutes ! )

You may want to request these International Chambers to pass-on ( forward ) your Message to all of their Member Firms

Coming from Ministry of Commerce - Government of India , I have no doubt that these Chambers would be most happy to forward your Message to their 8 MILLION member-firms  !

Just imagine , the promotion this would give to MakeInIndia  !

If there are any questions , feel free to phone me ( 0-98,67,55,08,08 )

Power to India

Jai Hind

Mr Shailendra Singh

Joint Secretary and CVO

-------------------------------------

Dear Mr Singh ,

Thank you for your prompt response

I will phone you tomorrow at 10 am

In the meantime , I elaborate below , how we can complement each other in advancing the cause which aims to transform India

During inauguration of   " Make In India "  conference , our Prime Minister , Shri Narendrabhai Modi talked about 2 types of FDI , viz:

*      Foreign Direct Investment
*      First Develop India

He wants  MakeInIndia  web site to become

*       A One-Stop source of information to Foreign Companies about opportunities in India

This sentiment is echoed on MakeInIndia web site , where you write :

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Policies > New Mindset

Most importantly, the Make in India program represents an attitudinal shift in how India relates to investors: not as a permit-issuing authority, but as a true business partner.
Dedicated teams that will guide and assist first-time investors, from time of arrival.
Focused targeting of companies across sectors
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

A first-time Foreign Investor wants to know :

Which are the Indian Companies operating in my business area ?
How can I find them ?
How can I tell them : I am interested in forming a Joint Venture ?

Example :

An American Hospitality / Tourism Company wants to come to India

Where will it find that :

*   There are over 5,302 Indian Companies in this Industry ,
     operating in 173 cities of India

*  Nearly 73.5  % of these companies ( 3,893  ) are located in
    following 10 cities ?
------------------------------------------------------------------------
City............................. No of Companies
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
*   Mumbai..................  881
*   Delhi.....................   851
*   Bangalore..............   478
*   Chennai................    339
*   New Delhi................ 315
*   Gurgaon.................. 283
*   Pune....................... 265
*   Hyderabad............... 186
*   Ahmedabad.............. 154
*   Secunderabad........... 141
----------------------------------------------------------------------

*   The easiest / fastest / best way to send an " I am interested
     Message " to them is to blast it from ,

And in just a matter of hours  !

On MakeInIndia web site , you have listed 24 Industry Sectors that might be of interest to Foreign Investors

On www.B2BmessageBlaster.com , a Foreign Investor, will find

*    2,27,000 + Indian Companies
*    listed according to 52 Industry Sectors ( includes those  24 )
*    located in 2,000 + cities

In my earlier mail , I have suggested that
*  we exchange our URL links on each other's web sites ( on each and every page )

That would enable you to

>   Guide and assist first time first time investors from time of
       arrival

>    Realize the full potential of MakeInIndia.com

MOBILE APPS FOR E-GOVERNANCE

Dear  LeftRightMind Team :

Following news report appearing in Business Line ( 26 Jan ) , could be of interest to you , since you are engaged in designing /developing Mobile Apps

As far as " e - governance " is concerned , I have , over the past 3 years , suggested the following Apps , which you may want to read-up on.....www.hemenparekh.in > Blogs :

VotesApp    (  Mobile App to cast votes in National / State / Municipal Elections )
I SIN>< U SIN  ( An App to integrate with " Guaranteed Delivery of Services  Act "  )
3D / Digital Delivery of Drugs  (  An App to revolutionize our entire Health Service  )

Apart from the above , you may also want to look up my blog / suggestion on " Digital Locker "

AP calls for RFP to build People’s Hub, Land Hub, app store platform
HYDERABAD, JAN. 25:

How about an app (mobile gateway for a service) for all e-governance services?
The Andhra Pradesh government will soon call for tenders from System Integrators to build an App store platform, allowing developers to come out with people-friendly mobile applications to access various e-governance services.
Easy access

“The consortium that wins the RFP (Request for Proposal) would build necessary infrastructure to prepare an app store platform.

The developers would be allowed to submit app requests. After being vetted by the government, the apps would be put on the store.
It will help people access government services quickly,” J Satyanarayana, IT Advisor to AP government, told Business Line.

If the Government is the sole authority to issue all statutory certificates why should it ask citizens to submit them each time they apply for something?

The Andhra Pradesh government is trying to do away with this practice of asking for certificates soon. It is going to build People’s Hub and e-Highway, building a huge repository of identity information of all the five crore citizens.

“Each time a citizen applies for something, the department concerned would check the veracity of the applicant with the database. We are going to factor in the privacy issues involved in this. We have taken the global benchmarks in this,” he said.

“Most government departments work in silos. We have built 14 IT-based Packages under ePragati programme that covers a broad spectrum of 72 services offered by the government. One RFP for primary sector has been announced. This will be followed by two more in the next one-two weeks,” he said.
Investment size

The e-governance programme ePragati envisages investments to the tune of
2,500 crore in the public-private programme. Of this, 1,500 crore would come from the government, with the rest coming from the private parties.
The second RFP is related to bringing in IT solutions in education, while the third is for building core package that forms the IT backbone for all other packages.
“The core package would include a land hub, containing information on all the landholdings in the State,” he said.
