I write in continuation of my yesterday’s email :
UIDAI will become SUIIC : Aadhaar will become YUP
This was about a single , mobile based ID card – YUP – merging umpteen physical ID cards
But then , with suitable additions, YUP can also serve following purposes :
( A ) YUP can eliminate that “ once-in-ten-year” manual CENSUS , which costs thousands of crores of rupees ,
and engages 34 lakh enumerators over one year – to churn up some obsolete / incomplete data ,
after 2 years. YUP can easily compile / aggregate CASTE – data of our 1700 CASTES , without having to
list these ( ? ) in mobile app .
