question to the teacher by raising hand – teacher standing next to Interactive Panel /  In a classroom, a student touching an

finger at one option /  A student looking at many questions ( Syllabus-related

questions ) and clicking one with pointed finger / A student looking at the page

         Teachers >

Teacher looking at EXAM PAPER generation FORM , on her desktop or on her mobile

/ Teacher looking at a GENERATED EXAM PAPER on her desktop or mobile / Teacher

looking at an “ Attempted Answer Paper ( offline exam ) “ returned by a student

For each of the above-mentioned description , graphic designer needs to find / download , a suitable-relevant photo / image , from some FREE source on web

I have a feeling that it would not be possible to show these IMAGES , simultaneously with the concerned pages of our portal.

Along with the page-text ( or the FORMS ) , there is just not enough space to display both ( the IMAGE and the TEXT ), at the same time – especially, since nearly ALL of our users ( whether Teachers or Students ) , are expected to use our portal on their 70mm x 150mm , mobile screens

For this reason, these images would “ fade in “ , stay for a few seconds and then “ fade out “ , giving the screen to the TEXT or FORMS

Such “ fade in / fade out “ may keep repeating , unless a visitor starts using a displayed FORM – in which case , the TEXT or FORM , would NOT go away

As far as the access to the “ site backend “ is concerned , here is what ChatGPT has to say :

Do graphic designers need back-end access?

Not necessarily. It depends on the scope of work.

1.               For Design Creation Only:

o    A graphic designer typically only provides static designs (like mockups) using tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Photoshop.

o    They do not require access to the back-end as their role is limited to creating visuals and layouts.

2.               For Implementation of the Design:

o    If you want the designer to integrate their designs into your site, they may need front-end access to your codebase, typically via tools like GitHub or CMS (if your portal uses WordPress, for example).

o    However, for major back-end tasks (like database management or server-related configurations), a developer—not a graphic designer—is needed.
