As per your wireframe diagram :
“ Take Teacher Assigned Test “ page requires a student to furnish following data :
Ø Full Name
Ø Roll Number
Ø Test ID
Could we add ?
Ø My Email ID
In that case , when she clicks “ End Test “ , could she get an excel sheet containing her test score data ? – copy of same sheet that the teacher gets
In this way , she could keep track of her ( improved ? ) performance through the year
