About a week ago , during our Video meet , I had asked you to carefully study my attached note re development of > www.Surprise-Exam.in
( I had originally sent this note on 29th June _
I had asked you to come up with a COST and TIME estimate for launching this ( as a PAID service , designed for use by School Teachers )
During the video call , I had pointed out :
Ø Mock Test Generation module is already working satisfactorily in My Teacher . It will be copied in Surprise-Exam
Ø We will need to develop following modules :
# Registration / Edit / Password / OTP / Login / Aadhar / PAN / Bank Ac details
Ø As an Individual
Ø As a School Principal / Administrator / Trustee / Edu Secretary of a State Government
( In this case , Principal would need to fill in “ List of Authorized Teachers “ with their full details – and LIMITS for each teacher )
# Target ( Students ) Groups generation / Edit / Add / Delete
# Test selection / Target Group Selection – cum – Delivery – WhatsAPP ? ( only after deduction of PER RECIPIENT fee of Re 1.0 and confirmation ).
This will be a PRE-PAID account basis ( Rs 500 initial payment / with provision to change both initial amount and PER USER amount )
QUESTION :
To start with ( without first “ Experiencing “ our service ), how can people trust us and pay up Rs 500 ? we may need to find some FREEMIUM
method to generate interest / trust
# Return Delivery of Test to the ( sender ) Teacher by the concerned “ Student Group “ / Teacher OK for storing SCORE in Dashboard
# Student Dashboard ( Test Taken History )
# Teacher Dashboard ( Tests generated / stored / dispatched )
# Principal Dashboard ( Aggregation of Test Histories , Teacher-wise / Class-wise / Student-wise ) with FORWARD TO PARAKH facility
# Online Payment module / Minimum Amount to start with / Recharge History / Balance History / Bank details
# STATISTICS counters ( separate for PUBLIC VIEWING and for PRIVATE VIEWING by me )
As we proceed with development , there could be need to develop some more modules
In a normal course , on my own , I would have :
Ø Drawn a BLOCK DIAGRAM for CONTENT FLOW
Ø User Interfaces for all pages
Unfortunately I do not think I have energy ( physical + mental ) to do this ( Manish Chauhan > Can you try ? )
Once I approve your estimates for TIME and COST , you could do this – wireline ? ( my attached chat with ChatGPT is quite comprehensive )
WHY IS THIS PROJECT SO VERY IMPORTANT ?
Ø Under New Education Policy , final score for passing ( or failing ) , 12 th standard will NOT rely entirely on the marks obtained in the 12th standard exam BUT , will ALSO depend upon marks obtained in the earlier year exams of 9 – 10 – and 11th standards as well

Whereas Govt seems to have “ good intentions “ ( of taking into account results of 9-10-11 th standards with some weightage ), it has so far NOT delivered any MECHANISM for “ plug in “ . Surprise-Exam will provide precisely such a mechanism ! Since Education is a STATE subject , some states may like our service – and ask Principals to register !
