Last evening I talked with Manish about how to go about negotiating with Netcore
But before he talks with Netcore ( or with the other two options ) , we must confirm ( by actual testing ) that their service an accommodate images / tables , inside of our emails
Pl get this confirmation at once and inform Manish

Considering the pricing and your tests, zero down to :
Ø GetResponse
Ø MailUp
Ø Netcore
As far as Netcore is concerned their offer of Rs 30,000 for 6 month , becomes costlier than their Annual plan ( Rs 35,000 ) on “ per email “ basis
But then we just have NO need to send out 10 lac mails EVERY MONTH !
Negotiate for :
Ø Total mails = 10 lac in one year but spread out at 80,000 per month for 12 month ( = 9.6 lac )
Ø We make monthly payment @ Rs 35,000 / 12 = Rs 2916 + GST
Ø They give us 30 days CREDIT after submitting their Monthly Bill ( with proof of despatch )
Ø Can we see the despatch data on a DASHBOARD , at any time
Ø If , in a particular month , actual despatch is ( say ) 70,000 , then 10,000 would be carried forward
Most Important :
Ø They must give an undertaking that they will not use our database for their own purpose or for purpose of any client. Is there a way , whereby our database gets “ deleted “ AUTOMATICALLY from their server , as soon as mails get despatched
Ø Netcore must undertake to ABSOLVE us from any liability ( monetary or otherwise ) arising out of anyone filing a court case against Netcore for any kind of DAMAGES
