Suggest , starting today , send me a progress report against each item of “ current task “ – clearly stating “ % age completed vs cumulative target “ upto the day
If , for any reason , you are unlikely to achieve completion targets listed by me , add remarks for the reasons for the delay and when do you expect to catch up
