SACRED portal was launched yesterday by Shri Vankaiah Naiduji
Despite extensive search on the net, I could not find the URL of this site
In fact , on Youtube Video of that launch, many viewers lodged complaint about the same
I would appreciate if you could post this link ( SACRED portal ) on various govt websites ( NIC + website of Ministry of Social Justice , at least ). Also announcements on Social Media sites
