Before going “ full speed ahead “, I suggest each nominated colleague, read aloud and record his / her voice in mobile , then play back and listen to ensure that it is quite clear ( not marred by any background noises / voices )
Sandeep should explore – and conclude – whether readers could record on their respective mobiles ( in which case , aggregating into one file could pose a problem ), or all of them use the SAME mobile ( which poses the problem of “ staggering “ the recording hours , since only one device used )
Sandeep should also explore the possibility of each reader recording on his / her PC – and, at the end of the day, Sandeep could “ copy “ all those individual files and “ consolidate “

Yesterday, Sandeep told me that it takes, approx. 3.5 minutes to dictate ( read aloud and record ) one handwritten page into a mobile
Let us say 4 minutes each
So, for 4,000 pages, it will take 16,000 minutes
Assuming availability of 400 work-minutes in an 8 hour workday, this job will need > 16000 / 400 = 40 working days
Add 3 days to upload this “ audio file “ on Personal.ai , taking the total to 43 days
