Just looked at page TYPICAL DOCUMENTS

Looks good but can you please darken the symbols ,,,,,, + and - ?

Need to catch the eye

Now that we have listed the “ document names “ , Function Wise “ , is it possible to enter next to each FUNCTION NAME , the number of documents uploaded so far ?

For example , as of today , the no of documents ( uploaded so far ) , are distributed as follows :

· HR ( Recruitment / Talent Acquisition )…………………………………………….. 18

· HR ( Genearalist )…………………………………………………………………………. 6

· Corporate Function ( Non-Specified )…………………………………………… 4

· Purchase / Vendor Development / Inventory Control ……………… 4

· Materials………………………………………………………………………………………… 2

· Software Development…………………………………………………………………… 2

· Industrial Relations………………………………………………………………………. 2 ……………. Etc

As one more document gets uploaded , this number will go up , dynamically

And clicking on that number , will open up a page , listing the names of the CONTRIBUTORS

This will make it very easy for the MSME , to quickly ZERO-IN onto a specific function ! Even the potential CONTRIBUTORS will come to know the AREAS of DEFICIENCIES !

Another thing :

We have thought of sending email alerts to MSME , whenever a document ( of the type , for which , he has created an ALERT REQUEST ) gets uploaded

Can we think of creating for each registered MSME , a page called “ MY ALERTS “

Whenever he logs in and comes to this page , he can see all of his ALERTS , neatly tabulated !

Thanks for modifying the FONTS and for the VISITOR COUNTER

Both look good but I get a feeling that darkening of the FONTS may not have happened on all the pages uniformly . Pl check

Find attached a word file of “ DOCUMENT NAMES LISTED ACCORDING TO FUNCTIONS NAMES “

Currently , our page TYPICAL DOCUMENTS , lists the document names , ALPHABETICALLY

But , it would be a great help to the visitors , if these were also arranged FUNCTION WISE ( Which document belongs to which FUNCTIONAL AREA ? )

It is most likely that a CONTRIBUTOR , who gets motivated to upload some documents , himself , belongs to x or y or z function and wonders : What kind of documents belong to this function ?

So , clicking on any given FUNCTION NAME , will mean : Aha ! These are the kind of documents that I can upload !

I request you to modify the TYPICAL DOCUMENT page in such a manner that a visitor gets options to view the list , either ALPHABETICALLY or FUNCTION NAME WISE

You will notice that there are quite a few documents that could possibly belong to more than one Function and , therefore appear under several functions

PS :

In DOWNLOAD DOCUMENT page , we had decided that any casual visitor should be able to search and be able to even open / view any document , without having registered / logged in

But he can download ONLY if he is logged in
