I was hoping that someday soon ,
someone will disrupt the Online Recruitment Industry ( # 1 / # 2 / # 3 job portals
) with launch of.... ResumesExchange
But it is gratifying to know
that you plan to obsolete , the " Resume " itself !
But , disrupting " Online Recruitment Portals " should be ,
no more than a byproduct !

was 8 / 10 years back
Subsequently , around 2012 , I launched mobile app ( My Jobs
) , which is currently defunct , although app RESUME BLASTER ( www.CustomizeResume.com ) is still
working
While wishing you luck , I write to offer my help ( without
any obligation ) by way of sharing my past experience in the field of Online

( only for historical perspective )

a parsing engine to convert a text resume into structured/searchable database )
