Extending Wi Fi Range

I have asked Sachin to investigate this for extending my Wi-Fi to Nirmit's flat ( with a range of 300 Meters , it should reach , even Vishesh's bungalow ! )

As of this afternoon , I am getting :

Upload Speed = 10 Mbps

Download Speed  =  47 Mbps
