Yesterday , Shri Devendra Desai tried to make online payment ( Rs 4,000 / - ) on B2B , thru ccAvenue

He phoned to say that ccAvenue refused to honour his Master Card !

Could this happen ? Or , was he , possibly making some mistake ?
