As we examine each of our past products ( web sites or tools ) , we need to " Rank / Quantify " each , along the following dimensions :

*      Ease of revival / re-hosting or fresh development from scratch

*     Revenue Generation potential in long term

*     Marketing Efforts required . Possibility to promote along with existing products / services of TMI

*     Congruence / Alignment with TMI goals / mission

When we meet , we should try and fill in such a Matrix

We will meet in your office by 10 30 am on the 13^th.

2 of them are coming from Hyderabad.

One is our IT head and the other is our process head.

They plan to go back by the  6 50 pm flight back to Mumbai on the 14^th.

I hope we can do as much and work on a plan.

I will leave the prioritizing  of the product outlay to you.
