This
has reference to our tele-talk yesterday
As
discussed , one of the reasons for
subscribers aborting - or , not being able to complete - the online payment ,
could be :

In our page write-up , there is no mention of
minimum payment acceptable as either Rs 500 or $ 100
*
It is possible that a Subscriber may be " Selecting " an amount less
than these
*
Then , when transferred to ccAvenue web site , he is prevented from completing
the transaction because he has " selected " an
amount lower than the secret MINIMUM set by us
*
This confuses him ! He may think , either he is making some silly mistake , or
, ccAvenue is adamant !
I suggest , we immediately remove the " MINIMUM AMOUNT "
stipulation , altogether
Let
the Subscriber " Select " any Email Package , that he wants and be
transferred to ccAvenue
If
you agree , then the next question is :
"
Why do we need that TABULATION , and make the subscriber click on a
CELL ?
Why not just leave in place , the ONLINE CALCULATOR only and let him enter ANY
NUMBER of Emails to find the MONEY VALUE of
that NUMBER ?
Why
not display that MONEY VALUE in Rs / USD / + a number of important
world-currencies ?
Below the ONLINE CALCULATOR , provide following buttons : " Re-Set
" / " Select "
Below the ONLINE CALCULATOR , write :
" Clicking on SELECT button will transfer you to online Payment Gateway of
ccAvenue , for making payment ."
If
you agree , then much of the write-up under , EMAIL PACKAGE SELECTION GUIDE ,
can be eliminated
