How to Randomize Our Subscriber Streamer

You will remember my observation that a visitor ( to B2B ) , gets to see the " Our Subscriber " streamer , always starting with alphabet " A " , whenever he visits a new page or refreshes his current page

That means ,every time ,  he gets to see , only the first 8/10 subscriber-names , starting with A  !

It would be nice if he gets to see the streamer , with a DIFFERENT ALPHABET , whenever he refreshes or clicks another link
