I had another - somewhat closer - look at the B2B web site just now

Congratulations to you - and your team , on an excellent job !

First thing - I am asking Kailas to register 3P and Strategic HR on the site and tell us , how many minutes does it take for the Activation links to reach . This is VERY IMPORTANT . I have seen sites where this happens in matter of seconds !

I am also asking a few outside friends to do likewise and give us feedback

If the feedback is satisfactory , Kailas will start Promo Email Blast to " Chambers of Commerce " , right away

But , not more than 1000 /2000 records per day ( to avoid getting IP blacklisted )

In the meantime , let us complete the following , in the next 2 / 3 days :

URGENT  MATTER

>  To add to database , " Centre / Society / Council " and show in all drop lists

>  Statistics page........... To change logic to ensure total adds up to individual figures

MEDIUM  URGENCY

>  In the " Blast Message " pages , after selecting any " Country " , on the right side of the map , a city-list appears

    On top of each such list , can we show ,

    *  Number of Cities............

    *  No of Organizations.........

This will impress the Subscriber

>   " Statistics - Private " page in web master console

MINOR  CORRECTION

>  " Cannot Advertize ? " page

     Pl correct spelling from...  " ledaing  "  to  "  leading  "

     Also break up last para into 3 separate paras ( one line each )

>  " Marketing is Cheap " page

     Columns in both the tables must align vertically

GENERAL

>  Double check that all text ( irrespective of font size ) is VERDANA

>  Font Sizes to be ( always ),

    *  Page Title............    22

    *  Dear Subscriber....   18

    *   Para headings....... 16

    *  Page Write up........ 14

>  Increase vertical separation between paras and wherever you consider it appropriate , add bullets

>  Provide AMPLE space between ,

    "  Dear Subscriber "    ......and.............start of the page write-up

 

     Also make " Dear Subscriber " ( or whatever the address-form ) , BOLD

     We want the visitor to feel that the page is " Addressing " him  !

>  Left side Navigation Bar is not aligning with the " Site Statistics " Bar ( HiStat / Feedjit ) . Pl do
