How to Avoid Blacklisting of IP Address

When I typed this query in Google , I found following resources

You may want to go thru these to figure out how we can get our IP removed from blacklist

I suppose the problem arises , also because , ours is a STATIC IP address

If we could mass-email from a DYNAMIC IP , this blacklisting may not happen

In any case , this is the TOPMOST priority and no effort should be spared to resolve it FAST
