Ø Can you pl send to Kailas , email ID database of Companies ( Employers / Recruiters ) from Resume Blast database ? We would like to send out a promo email by afternoon

Ø When do you plan to upload the database of 16 lakh Jobseekers that Kailas sent to you 2 weeks back ?

From Amit of Ahmedabad , we actually received several Excel sheets , containing some 115 lakh jobseeker records. However , there were many records where , some or other field  was missing.

Over a period of 4 weeks , Tushar removed such records and ended up with 16 lakhs sent to you where ALL fields have some value

However , for the purpose of ( A ) CustomizeResume   or    ( B ) B2CmessageBlaster ,,,,, web sites , I don’t think that all of those 26 Fields are required !

So , if you tell / advise Kailas / Tushar , exactly which ( 7 or 8 ? ) fields are a MUST ( with some Values ) , then it is possible that , we might find , may be , another 20 lakh records !

That would be highly desirable !

If required , Kailas / Tushar can visit your office at your convenience , when you can show them our Jobseeker Database Structure and tell them those ESSENTIAL fields

Then Tushar can start further filtering of balance ( 115 – 16 ) 99 lakh records

It may take ¾ months but it is certainly worth , especially from the view-point of B2C

PS :

It is unimportant whether a given “ Value “ in a given “ Field “ of a particular record is Correct or Junk !

Let us just “ Accept “ any record as long as there is a value – only rejecting those records where there is NULL value

Do you see any problem with this “ Short-Cut “ logic ?

If a few thousand jobseekers do NOT receive a Marketing Message , because of a faulty / defective Email ID ( out of lakhs that a Marketer may short-list while Creating Mailing List ) , then , we will just NOT bother !

After all , we are giving a FREE service ! We are NOT promising perfection !
